WHAT THIS IS. The documented railway stations of Rajasthan grouped by the Indian Railways division that operates them. Seven divisions across five zones run track in the state: Ajmer, Bikaner, Jaipur and Jodhpur on North Western Railway; Kota on West Central Railway; Agra on North Central Railway; Ratlam on Western Railway; and a short reach of Ambala on Northern Railway. WHY THIS CUT EXISTS ALONGSIDE THE DISTRICT ONE. A division is what the railway actually is. A district is what the state is, and the railway does not use it — which is why the district lists on this site are incomplete and these are not: every documented station names its division, and thirty-five of them name no district. Not a ranking: no source publishes station traffic, earnings or category in a form this site could rank on. SOURCE AND ITS STANDARD. Transcribed from published articles, one per station.
