WHAT THIS IS. The five new industrial areas RIICO tabulates as proposed in its Direct Allotment Policy 2025, ordered by the land area in hectares the corporation publishes against each. It is the only list on this site drawn from that document that is ranked, because it is the only part of the document that publishes a figure. WHAT IT IS NOT, AND THE TITLE IS DELIBERATE. It is NOT "the largest industrial areas in Rajasthan". These five are proposed, not developed. RIICO states it has developed roughly 390 industrial areas and publishes a size for none of them, so a list of the largest cannot be compiled from any source this publication holds. If it becomes possible, it will be a different list with a different name, not this one relabelled. WHAT THE FIGURE IS. Land area in hectares, as printed in the column RIICO heads "Land Area (Hectare)". It is the corporation's own figure for land it proposes to develop, not a measurement taken by this publication and not an estimate by anyone. It is shown to the decimal place RIICO gives it — one of the five is 47.1794 hectares, and rounding that would be discarding precision the source took the trouble to publish. AS OF. 25 October 2025, the creation date recorded in the document's own PDF metadata. The upload timestamp encoded in RIICO's filename disagrees with it, so the document's own metadata is used. ORDER. By area, largest first. Ties would be broken alphabetically; there are none. SOURCE AND ITS STANDARD.
