The calendar advertised the 2026 edition for 23–25 November 2026; that is one edition's dates, not the festival's — many of these move with the Hindu calendar. The source records its reckoning: "It is held at Jhalrapatan, situated at a distance of about six kilometres from Jhalawar, in the month of Kartik (October and November)."
